Management Renate Lehner - Managing Director
Renate Lehner was born in Vienna. After school she started her career as Personal Assistant to General Managers of companies in the Paper and the Steel Industries.
She joined H.Neumann in 1982 as Personal Assistant to Chairman and founder Helmut Neumann. In 1986 she became a Researcher and her next step was Head of Research for Austria and International Research Coordinator for the Neumann Group. (15 offices – more than 80 researchers)
After two years as Office Manager and Senior Partner with Kienbaum Consulting she joined NP Neumann & Partners GmbH where she was working from August 2002 till March 2010 as Senior Partner and Specialist in Executive Search.
After twenty-five successful years in the corporate world, which includes three positions with Executive Search Companies, she is now opening a new chapter in her life and looking forward to collaborating with you as Chief-Executive of her own Company.
